Privacy notice
Draft: to be approved by FMR's information officer.
Fine Music Radio collects your email address, your votes, and (if you give it) your FMR membership number, only to run Your FMR 101 Favourites. We also keep the time you voted and a scrambled code for your connection so we can stop repeat or automated votes.
A small number of FMR staff can see your details together with your votes, to check entries [and to contact prize winners: purpose to be confirmed by FMR]. We don't share them with anyone else.
Your details are stored securely with Cloudflare in Western Europe. We send a confirmation email through our email provider each time you vote. We'll only send you FMR news if you ticked the box.
We delete email addresses and membership numbers on [date to be confirmed] after the results are announced. Track totals are kept.
Questions or requests to see or delete your details: [FMR contact to be confirmed].
